I help companies build a structured risk management system: identification of material risks (strategic, operational, financial, reputational), assessment of probability of occurrence and impact, development of risk mitigation measures and definition of scenarios. Particular focus is on building organisational resilience – the ability to adapt to changing conditions. This includes business continuity planning, crisis response plans and a resilient corporate culture.
